The complete Yoga Kit

Doing a little bit of yoga often can make a huge difference to you. It doesn't take a lot to start a home yoga practice but it does take discipline. Just 5 minutes a day will make a big difference. Of course, yoga needn’t be a kit-heavy activity. But, early in the morning, the mere sight of the yoga mat, bolster, straps and eye pillow nestling in the corner of the living room fills with a sense of serenity before even getting on the mat.

Mats
The one piece of kit every aspiring yogi needs is a mat. It varies in cost from 500 to 1500 rupees, but it's such a big influence on your poses that it’s worth finding the right one. You should find a mat that is about 4-5 mm thick at least to prevent your knees from hurting. Few mats to consider are:

AmazonBasics 13mm Extra Thick Yoga and Exercise Mat with Carrying Strap - It is an 1/2-inch Extra-Thick Yoga and Exercise Mat with Carrying Strap. The yoga and exercise mat features a textured surface for enhanced traction. This type of reliable traction is important for stability and to safely maintain poses. It is made up of Lightweight, Durable Foam.

KS Anti Skid Grip Yoga Mat - It is made of Eco-friendly material. The mat has double-sided non-slip surfaces so you can perform any movement with confidence. It is very light that you can easily carry it to your yoga class. This yoga mat is also durable and stays good for longer.

Strauss Yoga Mat - The mat is padded for comfortable activity, ensuring that you won't be damaging your knees and feet while carrying out your yoga postures. The mat is also designed to prevent skidding so you won't find yourself slipping out of place in the middle of your session. The material in use is durable and resistant to wear and tear. The mat is easy to roll up and storage takes very little space.

Straps
A strap helps you stop “reaching” in poses and inadvertently tensing your shoulders. By placing a strap around your feet, you can traction your upper body forward, while also maintaining a long spine and relaxed shoulders. With a strap, you get the juicy stretch without compromising your form. Think of them as an extension of your arms. Few straps to consider are:

Yogasya Yoga Belt - Length : 8 Feet, Width: 1.5 Inch

Strauss Yoga Belt - Length : 6 Feet,  Width: 1.5 Inch

Health and Yoga Yoga Straps - Length : 6 Feet,  Width: 1.5 Inch

Blocks
The yoga brick is used to maintain and improve your body’s balance, a vital aspect of yoga practice. The word brick is a misleading term, as the yoga brick is made of soft material, while also being solid and sturdy enough to withstand regular use.

Strauss Yoga Block - The block is made of PV foam with soft and smooth texture. As you would expect the brick has a non-slippery grip to ensure that it stays in place while you improve your body’s control.

Yoga Brick Block by House of Quirk - Measuring 9 x 6x 4 inches, it's made of high-density and sturdy eva foam for long-lasting durability. It is moisture-proof to avoid growing bacteria.

Yoga Brick by Technix - Made of High quality foam EVA FOAM. The light weight brick offers firm and stable support in all planes and can be used in numerous standing or seated postures for extra grounding, support or lift.

You can also buy complete Yoga kits like The Nike Essential Yoga Kit . It comes with everything you need for a great yoga session! Remember to stay hydrated all the time during yoga. You can store water, juices in shaker bottles like Strauss Spider Shaker Bottle or Fitkit Classic Bottle Shaker.

It has nearly the exact same camera as the iPhone 8 , the same size screen, same RAM, same pixel resolution and is also water resistant. Though iPhone 7 doesn't have a gla...

5 books to read to become a Millionaire

I have read various articles, listened to various interviews and came up with the 5 most recommended business books PIVOTAL in the success of the people. Rich Dad Poor Dad. Rich Dad Poor Dad is about Robert Kiyosaki and his two dads—his real father (poor dad) and the father of his best friend (rich dad)—and the ways in which both men shaped his thoughts about money and investing. The book says that the hardest things about wealth-building is to be true to yourself and to be willing to not go along with the crowd. It talks about assets, liabilities and how the poor and the middle-class work for money, while the rich have money work for them. Buy the book: Rich Dad Poor Dad Kindle  |  Print Four Hour Work Week The 4-Hour Work Week is one of those books that only comes along once in a century.
